Order Processing Time

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on the item purchased, availability, order volume, and whether the item requires special handling, customization, sizing, or verification before shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Yims The Doctor Jewelry. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of Yims The Doctor Jewelry.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Yims The Doctor Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an address correction is needed after an order is placed, please contact us immediately at 786-354-2343. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Signature Requirement

For security purposes, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. This is especially common for high-value jewelry, watches, and luxury items.

If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a carrier location.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Yims The Doctor Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We will do our best to assist where possible, but final responsibility for delivery updates and carrier claims belongs to the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 786-354-2343. Please keep all original packaging and provide photos of the package and item so we can review the issue.

Claims for damaged shipments must be reported as soon as possible after delivery.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Yims The Doctor Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping regulations.
