Because many jewelry pieces may be customized, sourced, sized, or prepared specifically for the customer, these items are considered final sale once the order is confirmed.
Watches and Luxury Items
Watches and high-value luxury items may be subject to additional inspection before any return or refund is approved.
Any watch or luxury item must be returned in the exact condition received, with all original packaging, tags, documents, cards, boxes, links, and accessories included.
If any original materials are missing, damaged, altered, or removed, the return may be denied.

Custom, made-to-order, special order, or personalized items cannot be canceled once work has started or the item has been sourced.
